Cannot edit profile fields here in the support forums

Hello. I was trying to edit some data in my profile here in the support forum (like the location, language, hobbies) but it seemed like I cannot do so. Every time I save my changes, even if the Information says that I have successfully edited my profile, the same information remain. I am posting this problem so that if similar cases occur in other forums (maybe), we would know why the problem existed and how to solve it.

This is due to you not including your Forumotion forum on your profile. If you add a Forumotion forum in that field then you will be able to save your profile.
