    I want to ask if there's any way to know exactly who vote like/dislike (+)/(-) for a post in forum.

    The vote can affect the reputation point in forum. If people create many account and cheat for this, moderators and admins can't control.
    So I want to know (may be only admin can know?) in case I can find out who is cheating.

    There is no default way to know how a member voted. I believe you can do it by using a code, but you will have to host the data on an external host. I will see if I can locate some topics on the support forum.
