Hello have you added any new codes in say a widget or in a javscript or any other place before this started ?

if yes use your Forum Utilities Tools to log in and get access to your ACP and then remove any new codes you have added in the last 2 or 3 weeks then try again.

i have not added any new code for two months now i have not posted in the forum bcos of my school but i just tried it yesterday to discover the problem

ok can you log in to your Founders tools and do the following step

log in to your founders tools and find the tool Direct connect to your ACP
click that and it should bring you to your ACP of your forum.

Now we need to do a set of tests

  Step 1
ACP >> General Tab >>   Forum >> Forum Address >> Personalized domain name

see if its set to yes or No it should be on No if you Don't have a domain name.

If you have a domain name then you will need to make sure the address is right in the box.

SAVE.

 Step 2
ACP >> Modules Tab >>   Portal & Widgets >> Display forum widgets : NO then Save.

 Step 3
ACP >> Modules Tab >>   HTML & JAVASCRIPT >> avascript codes management >>

Turn off the codes and then save.

Now go see if you still have the problem
If no then you know one of the following steps 1 to 3 are doing this and then we can work from there.

if it is still doing this we need to look deeper in to your problem.

Not sure this will make a change but it may be worth having a go

ACP >> Display tab >>   Templates >> General >> Force the default templates : YES then save

Don't worry this is just turning it off for a test nothing will be lost

if that don't fix the problem then you can turn them back on doing the same step just change yes to No again.

i have done it is now working but i would like that template. Is there anyway the error could be spotted?

When you added your ads, did you remove the default ads first?

That is what is giving you the problem

Widgets are all turned off @SLGray

You need to remove all your Google ad's codes from your forum and then make sure you publish.

 If you have added Google ad's codes to your forum without paying FM to remove our ad's first then your Braking our TOS and your forum will be deleted


To remove our ad's you need to buy credits and then use them credits to remove our ad's from your site.

Please PM me proof you paid credits to remove your our ads.

It is working now

 A word of warning NEVER remove our ad's by codes.
make sure you always pay for credits to remove anything on our forums that needs credits to remove them.

If your not sure just ask.

Domain names Don't remove credits and if you pay for credits to remove things remember the date will only last for the dates you have set it to

Your ACP will tell you when your credits are about to run out and your ad's will be placed back on your forum. we also send you a Email telling you that your domain name and or ad's removal is about to run out and you need to top up again.

also you still have 2 ad's on your forum you will need to remove the other one you have in your site as it is not our's
