Description of problem

Hello,

I tried to create a forum, but when I filled everything in creation site, no matter which e-mail I'll pick, even if It was created a second ago, It's giving me "Sorry, it looks like [e-mail] belongs to an existing account". I tried to do it as well on the other computers but nothing seems to help.

Did you try creating the same forum version?  Try a different version.  If your forum is created, you can change the version by installing a theme of the forum version you want.

I tried with all four options but It's still the same problem.

Send the emails you used in a pm.
