    Description of problem

    Hi, I'm trying to create a private forum for use by my work colleagues. When I try to create the forum, I receive the following error message "Sorry *Email address* belongs to an existing account". The email address I'm using has never been registered and I can't use an alternative address. Is there a possible work around?

    hello

    some Email addresses that are not public ones will not work ... best to try with hotmail, live, gmail, outlook, dont use yahoo cause sometimes causes some problems
