Detail description : Hello all.

I have a pet store on my forum that members can by from a list of pets

Now i would like the white background to be removed on all of them keeping them all animated.

The background should be transparent

Sorry its a long list of them but its a much needed list as its been in place for some time now and dont want to remove them and i just can't do it my self

as far as i know we have to make transparent every layer of every gif .. the images have at least 20 layers each.. i dont know if we can edit all layers at once in an animated image

i will try to make some

Thank you for giving it a try i would do it my self but my really old Photoshop cs2 don't like the files and i don't have any other way to do it

I do it also with ps2 but with image ready ... But i will search a bit if there is a quicker solution to this

They look really good on a light background but in a dark background this is how it looks

cause i try to do them with onine tool just to be quicker .. when i use ps the layers are so many and if one dont get done well or miss some pixl ..the result is not right

but lets see if someone with more experience than me can do them better

Even with Photoshop or Image ready you will get the white pixels around that edge. That is due to anti aliasing to make the outline smooth.

To get rid of the white pixels, after you remove the white background, you need to add a 1 pixel stroke at 100% opacity...
ie: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Be sure that the stroke's position is "Inside". You'll need to do that with each layer. Make the stroke a color that blends well with the image.

You'll want to do it in image ready or photoshop.

Do one layer then right click that layer, select "Copy Layer Style" then select all the layers (Select first layer, hold shift then select last layer) and then right click and "Paste Layer Style"

My only way is to redone them manually but i have also ps 2 ...

Ok i'll start from the bottom up, it looks like it's a lot of work since we need to remove the shadows from the bottom and the pixelation.

OK your a girl I see what you mean those little white pixels are a pain to deal with.

Well I/m glad you know your uH Hmmm yeah you know.. It's doable but it will take some time. the background colors not an issue the shadows need to be re,over pixels at time not to mess up the image, here is an example of the crab on a dark background.

if you look closely you can see on the clear image it still needs to be cleaned out better.

The dark background is much better if it can be the right color

It's good it was saved!! whew.. See my post above it has the background color you requested on it.

Yes the one you did with the black outline looks really good
only thing is the background is a little to dark but that don't matter as i can get the background to match
