It's going to take some time as each image must be cleaned out one layer at a time (x20-24) then reviewed and re-rendered. I'll keep posting the one i complete on my post above.

Thank you I really don't know how you have the patience to do that sort of thing LOL I had a go at it and then thought hell this is way to much hard work Sad

If I was not going for a dark theme then I would have just made the profile white but as I was going for a dark theme it looks silly having a white background.

so in order to help you seriously ( yes after i drink 4 vodka) you should tell me what you are doing
changing the white layer to black and then playing with blur rending? if yes in my attempts the shadow and some pixl in some layers are not showing right

HAHA! only 4?

Here is my step by step:

I open image in PS
add a new layer to the color of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
i click on layer 1 and use the magic eraser and delete the white background, then i go back and clean off any white or off color that remains.

i select layer 1 and add a stroke as per DustyBones instruction, right click on layer 1 and copy layer style
i select the rest of the remaining layers and paste layer style.

I run the animation to see any abnormality if it looks good i save for web as a gif file.

This is all I'm doing.

Now have another shot and get to work. drunken

BTW not all are going to look good, so just do your best. Some images are harder to do due to the light colors on them

my problem is that when i paste the layer style some layers are wrong see here the eyes ..i know i did it right at layer 1  Neutral

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

so for me in order to get it right i have to do manual the changes in all layers

ps1. the black background you merge it with layer 1 and then copy the style? or you copy the style without the black new layer ?
ps2. sorry for messing your post with all that questions but iam so young !! i need to learn from that wisdom man

the layer style is only applied to layer one, then you copy the layer style and paste them into the rest of the layers. The background {black color} should be it's own layer, yeah sometimes you will need to make changes to all layers since it's a moving animation. Try a simpler one for example the bunny and go step by step.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], any advice on transforming this one? I loose the wings in the transformation process, i tried re-tracing the wing but i screws it all up, this seems the best i can come up with.
