Adding web pages (maybe HTML) for blogs and specific forum categories

Description of problem

I'm not too sure how to explain this but I'll give it my best effort. I'm looking to make a link on the navigation bar to jump to a page with the blog category and a listing of our active blogs. Right now we have 3 users that post blogs and rather than clog up the main forum screen I'd like to make a link on the navigation bar to go to the Blogs.

If this can be done I'd consider making other links as well. We have a video game loaning program we're trying to create and would like to keep it separate if possible as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

p.s. I'd use the same forum header for each of these pages if possible.
