Adding forum categories?

is there a limit of 4 categories for a forum to have?

i ask because having trouble figuring out how to add another (actually i want to add 2)

not a new forum subsection, a category to place forum subsections into.

Hello there is not limit to 4 categories but please note that each category has to have at least one forum attached to it.
