NavBar Dropdown

I think what I want is self explanatory. When a user hovers over a link in the navbar, I want a Dropdown with two items to appear. Thanks.

I can imagine this by editing templates and removing
and then manually adding the html for the navigation bar but that seems like a bad practice.
I'm sure a JavaScript can be used to do this but I don't know much of it.
Can help you with the template method though, but that would mean you can no longer modify the navigation bar from admin panel options, you would have to edit templates everytime.

Yeah I don't want to have to log into the Founder account every time I want to edit. I was hoping for some jQuery to make the link dropdown appear.
