Where and how to pay to remove ads?

In the admin panel, I can see that I could buy credits, but I cannot find instructions on how to spend them to remove ads. Is that done somewhere else? Where can I find instructions and prices?

Do you not see an option called spend credits? All you have to do is press it and the options will appears. Remove ads is one of the option.

I do see that, but I'm not forum founder, and I have no access to that. My other problem is that the founder no longer wishes to be active on the forum, and I'm looking for a way she can transfer her account to someone else.

Also, since I have no access to the part that shows prices, I don't know how many credits to purchase. I need two months of ad free time for now.

Can you not ask the founder?  The prices can vary because of the forum activity.

You need to ask the founder to hand the founders account to you and then you can buy credits and use the tools to remove your ad's
