Description of problem

I want to change the default Display >> Pictures and Colors >> Colors >> font 1 ( 14 )slightly larger article, and added to the css properties .post-entry {
     font-size: 14px;} but remains unchanged.

Can you explain a little further at what is the problem cause if you have the default at size 14, why have them on CSS too?
