Can you add events to the calendar?And if you can how do you do it?

Hello,

You can add events to your calendar.

" You will be able to create events directly from the calendar. These events will be stored in the selected forum. "

Firts, create a forum in which you'll post the events that you want to see in your calendar. Then, follow the instruction below :

Administration panel Modules Portal & Calendar Calendar Select the forum associated with your events.

Choose the forum that you have created to post your events.

What should you do if you have more than one kind of event?

Some things we add to the calendar belong in our general 'events' forum, but some belong in 'training'

We're a roller derby league: we organise fundraisers and also schedule training, so whichever forum I associate our calendar events with, we end up creating posts in the wrong forum.

Can you either choose between forums for your calendar event when you create it - or create a calendar event without making a forum post?

If I delete the forum post, it deletes the calendar event too.
