Allowing Only positive rep

How would I go about only allowing + (reps)

I feel the easiest way to do this is simply to the the - sign using code. Just not too sure how.

Just make sure where it says 'Negative votes: True' in the script you change 'true' to 'false'. This will eliminate the negative voting icon and system and allow only positive votes.
