forum box under the navigation bar and online header on the wrong place

The pic shows that some text is between my forum box and the menu bar. I would like the forum box (GG threads and basket), to go exactly after the menu bar with nothing between them

Also, if you check the picture, the "who is online" header is under the forum box but the text related to "who is online" is above the forum box!

It is a modified theme. What happened (as I wrote on another thread with a different issue), I replaced my whole template viewtopic body with another's template because I wanted to have some features that my template didnt have.
