Problem with the new Classified Ad

Description of problem

I was able to add and use the new Classified ad section on my forum. When I go to add another ad it gives me this "The captcha is incorrect". Any help to be able to add more ad would be very appropriated.

How do you proceed with the captcha ? Normally you should have something like this or a picture to pick and put in the middle :
