Yes you can. You simply first need to purchase credits in the admin panel (you may want to use the allopass option, as long as the debit card is a visa and not a mastercard) and then once you have purchased the right amoung of credits you can go in and request a custom domain name through the admin panel and it will be applied within a day or so of that time.

Yes now you have to wait until they add your domain. Usually it's added after 24-72 hours but not always.

ok got dot com domain today sir but there is problem plz solved this i buy this domain on 24 nov but show i have used 1600 credit on 29 AUG 2016 that's mean my domain expire on 29 aug 2017..

No, that just shows what you have spent from that date. From that date until today, you have spent 1,600 credits.
