can we add our "own" links in this notification bar, so it becomes like a bookmark toolbar, some users are asking me this, they would like to have links to youtube or similar stuff, I know it's probably a problematic thing, but anyway, just asking..

You can create an html page and link it to the navigation bar.

You need to go to Modules and HTML pages management.

I did one but I can't remember how I did it now there's a tutorial on here somewhere...

I am an antitalent for such a feat are there some tutorials?

That's for the toolbar rather than the navigation bar.

You can add customized links to the navigation bar here:  AP > Display > Homepage > Headers & Navigation.
