Real names on registration

Is it possible to have members have to use real names to register?
They could have a screen name but I would like to also have the real name in registration to members feel more liable.

As someone who almost lives online I would not ever want that being asked from me online. Why so paranoid?
If I would have to fill it in I would lie anyway lol

It is however a great way to scare people off

It is solved, I figured it out.

There is not a way since you do not know their real names to begin with, and you can enter a real name, but it could not be your real name.

Do you mean that you want members to not use special characters and numbers?
