I am new here and i am a little bit lost.

I need help with sending out a newsletter from my forum, I have searched all the topics
but I am not able to find a solution to my problem.

I am trying to sent out a html message with images and text but when I try to send it out I get an error message stating that I must format it to text in case some of my members can't see the HTML

What I am really trying to do is send out a massive Xmas email to all the members.

This is what I have :

That is not an error message. It shows you what it would look like when members do not have HTML in their emails.
