Problem with posting...

Hello! Sorry for the disturbing but I have a recurring problem with my forum. I waited with hope that the problem, whatever it is, is going to go away, but the things start to get even more worse.
The problem is that when I try to write a post and then send it, sometimes that does not happen and after 20 seconds, maybe, shows up a message telling me that this address did not work. And today it didn't even let me change the rank to one of the new members - the same message came out. I don't know what to do and where is the problem. Oh and this problem is not only on my laptop but also on my telephone too. I use Google Chrome but once tried through Internet Explorer and there the problem does not show that often, but still, sometimes it makes that problem again.
Usually I'll have to wait a few hours, to log out or come back the next day so it can allow me to post and do things in my forum... And this problem started to happen almost every day...
I really hope you can help me. Here, I'll post a picture of the text and I'll translate it for you, because I'm from Bulgaria and it's on my language.

have you tried to clear your cache ?

No, I'll try right away!

When posting problem's come think the following first.

1. Clear all browsers of cache.
   
2. Try to update your browser.
   
3. try a new browser.
   
4. Have you changed anything like Templates, CSS files, JavaScript's.
   
5. is it taking a long time to type your post out ? if yes you may be times out by the system.
   

This is just some of the things you need to think about when you have posting problems, 90% of the time just the little things like,
Making sure your modem is reset can help lots of things as your modem Wifi will hold data that is not needed any more. simple Reset once a month can help make your internet faster.

Run a scan on your computer once a week to make sure your computer has nothing wrong with it.

This is just a list of some really helpful things to keep you running smooth.

Your screen shot shows your laptop or internet is loosing connection with our servers.
The common problem is your internet needs a refresh.

This is easy turn your modem / Hub off by the wall and leave it off for about 2 mins then turn it back on.
This will reset your modem to the clean state and then reboot. This will clean any old data sent by your ISP and then get any new updates from them.

Unfortunately - no. Yesterday didn't make me any problems but today started to happen again, and this time is only in Chrome. I'm starting to think that this is where the problem lies..

To tell you the truth Google chrome has always been a problem with our system's we have been working hard to get this fixed but then google come up with some other thing to hit us with.

My advice is to use a better faster browser like  Firefox where you know they will support the forum much better and the load time is faster to.
