Hello there,

Please keep in mind that the templates, JavaScripts, and CSS are all heavily modified on my site.

We are troubleshooting the ability to display a number on the toolbar of messages received inside the chatbox.

We have heavily customized the chatbox's abilities, and would like to see if any coders have clues on the coding to see if there is something we are missing.

Please ask, if needed, for a username/password of a test account. Also ask if you need to see the code concerning it (and say CSS, JS, etc.).
