Members banned when joining Empty Members banned when joining

I tried to make a account in the name of admin for special posts and when i did it said i was banned from the forum.
I have not used this email before so cant understand it.

Today the other admin tried to make another account and it said she was banned to and now wont let her log back in and is saying she is banned iv cheked and it doesnt say anywhere she is banned help me please

Well uncheck banned and make a comment. I would change the admin's passwords like NOW! and just keep a eye on things. It could just be a mistake

thats the thing it doesnt actually ban her it bans her ip ?
