Member Password Issues Empty Member Password Issues

For some odd reason, randomly a member's password will no longer work. Then I have to go in and change the user's password.

This happens randomly through out the course of board being open.

The board is http://nfepanthers.forumotion.com/index.htm

Is there an issue? Or just bad memory of the members? It happens often enough to where I am slightly annoyed now.

I think your member(s) has(ve) bad memory. I've never encounter this problem.

I have had this problem lately. as the founder, I could not even reset it. About 30 minutes later it just started working.
