its called rank images or forum tag. to add your must have your own rank images, add it here :

admin panel > user & group > rank administration > look to administrator title & click modify > put your rank images link on 'Rank Image URL' box

if you follow my instruction above, its wouldnt be problem to add that. all you need is login with you admin account & login to admin control panel

There is No Moderator Title

i think you just accidentally delete it before. so, you need to add new rank title and name it as 'Moderators'. dont forget to set it as special rank

did you really follow this path and create new rank?

admin panel > user & group > rank administration > add new rank.

if yes, all you need is add you forum tag to this new rank. after that, go to one of your forum moderator profile,

admin panel > user & groups > user > click on your moderator name

scroll down until you find 'Rank Title :' option and set it as 'Moderators'

But NVM I Just Had It Set For All The Mods Manually..

forum tag known also as rank images (little picture under your), well if you know correct method to add this, you wont have to add it manually to each moderator, just follow my instruction above and its might be work.
