i want to know how to seperate members topic and announcemet topic like helpforum done...can anyone tell me???

Try going to admin panel=>General=>Configuration=>Configuration and look for this option "Separate annoucements and stickies from the messages" and choose "with a table" or "with a line" depending on the setting you like most.
