Description of problem

Alrighty, so what happened here is a good friend of mine made a Naruto RPG, and a bunch of us became staff for him. Due to some unfortunately things, he ended up leaving. He gave the site off to another member, "Franky" on site. However this person has decided that the site isn't worth the time or effort of the months we put into working on it. And is now threatening to stop allowing members to come on the site. We have removed his account of the administration, but are in fear that this person has access to the founder account. As we are unsure of what happened when the original founder left.

What I'm asking here, as we've tried to contact the original guy several times, and haven't gotten an answer. Is there a way to over write the founder account information so that way another one of us can pick it up? We want to change the look of the site, and buy our own domain. We cannot do that without that account.

Would this still count if we have screen shots of both of these guys saying they quit and want nothing more to do with the site? Or should we just give it up and make a new site????

if the page where the members are saying this can be seen by us and not a screen shot then we could then look in to this some more for you but we will have to talk to our head office about his.

As the founder of the forum may still want to close the site down and there is nothing we can do if they want to shut it down and not hand it over to you.

The new founder has refused to give it to us, as well as made it clear he was shutting it down. We've decided that we will cut out loses and make a new site. Thank you though. ^_^

If the original founder gave the founder account to someone else, then that member can do whatever they want with the forum.
