I have a member that seems to have been blocked from the forum. This is the second time in the last few days this has happened. He gets this message when he tries to access the site:

"This site has been blocked by the network administrator."

Block Reason: Gateway Geo-IP Filer Alert. IP address 94.3.76.111

The message is supposedly from Dell Sonic Wall

Supposedly directed to Portugal

Can anyone help please?

Hello the member is having a problem with he's her computer software what your member needs to do is make sure your forum is listed as safe in he's / her Security Management.

He can get full support on this matter by calling the support help line from Dell.
we have no power over the system they are using and we can't do anything our end to help fix this other then tell you to get them to call dell them self.
