I believe PHP isn't available to us @ Forumotion. Sorry.

    Hello,
The php files are not accessible due forum security reasons. You can manage your forum with HTML, CSS and javascript. What exactly do you want to create on your forum?

You can run HTML on a php file, but you cannot reverse that. PHP is a programming language. HTML is not. Unless you are communicating with a server (which I really don't see a need for that as Forumotion takes care of that for you), there is not reason for you to need the use of PHP.
