    Description of problem

    Good Day,

I am trying to figure out how to change our HTML pages so that they dont have the prefix. We purchased the premium package for our forum and would like to be able to have custom pages, such as:

    /invite instead of /h1-invite

    Hello,

The prefix is a technical requirement for the service. It is therefore impossible to remove it from the URL.

There's no way to do this on the back end? It's a permanent redirect to a discord server I'm looking to do, but just have it as /invite, wouldn't it just be easier to have a domain hosted off site and be able to manipulate it if we cant edit on our own forum?

    Dear @EnigmaSpirit

sadly it is not possible, all the custom HTML page must have that prefix in the front. Because of this all the HTML pages are in the format of https://help.forumotion.com/
    Code:
    h{ID}-

The request cannot even be satisfied on front-end, it's a back-end operation done with the .htaccess file, which is not customizable by users. I'm sorry :rose:

If users are paying over $100/year to be upgraded, can the Forumotion team not modify the .htaccess file for our forum?

It is the same what you pay, it is the same for everyone and the HTML pages have a general structure that will not change, it is a technical requirement for the forumotion service, and it won't change

Sadly this will not change if you pay for a package or not sorry @EnigmaSpirit.

As this will not go anywhere and we have told you it can't be done I can't see the point of keeping this open.
