Description of problem

I have a member who has not been able to log in to my group, GraphicsUtopia 2, for several days now. I have tried all the help here at Support to help her. I have reset her password, changed her name several time but nothing. She is a very good friend of mine and it is very distressing to me that I can't help her.

I am new to your forum and like it but so much to learn. How do I help this lady?

What do you mean by she cant log in? She gets an error or something like that?

when she logs in what dose she get ?

Ask her to try and log in and take a screen shot of the warning / error

I just got this message from her:

: Well.........I think I discovered the problem.  My member name in Nutters was changed by someone from TeddiePen2Paper to Teddie.  And.......that change changed my log in.  Person in Nutters did not tell me what they had done nor did they tell other admins.  Why it affected your group and Not Gigi's or KathyFrances's group I do not know.

So, I guess the problem is solved.
