how do i sticky a topic?

i have been looking everywhere on here and cant find it.

You won't find it in the quick reply, just when you click the Reply, or Edit buttons. It will be found under the Send Preview buttons in the Options area.

Edit...I forgot to mention, it has to be done on the first post. So if it is an existing thread, you have to click the Edit button.


Edit Caihlem: Plus, if it's here you trying to make a sticky it's no use seen as there's also permissions that need to be set
