Unable to access forum after clicking validation link

Description of problem

Hello there,

Shortly after creating the forum, I received the activation email of which I was advised to click a link in order to use the website. However, upon clicking it, I received this message (please refer to the screenshot). Initially thinking that the site had not registered, I tried to create the same forum again, however it has notified me that everything has been registered to your system. But for some reason or other, I receive this error message before I have actually done anything beyond registering the forum.

I am unsure of what is going on at this point, and was hoping that you can help me access this newly created website. Many thanks in advance for your time.

Did you create the forum today?  There is a record of this forum in the database.
