You don't "post" it

You place it here:
Admin Panel => Users & Groups => Ranks
Create a New Rank => Rank Name

for some reason, its not bold on mine. its not a big deal though, but if i can, i want it bold...

Please use the edit button instead of multiposting!

Normally the code should work - may I ask if you have written text in your custom CSS (Styles / Colors / CSS Stylesheet)? Can't have a look at your board directly.
