Colored usernames [solved]

I want to color the moderator and admin usernames, but it won't work!
I went to group administration and changed the colors, checked [color group members] and saved.
Then I went to styles>colors and made sure admin and mod colors were the ones I chose, and they were.
I checked individual "groups" [the admins and mods] and they were colored.
Then I FINALLY went to my forum and they were still pink [my normal color]
HELP!!

You also need to go to Users and Groups >> User Settings and check Yes to "Colorized Usernames Enabled"

What setting do you have for your groups? Open Closed or Hidden If they are on hidden that might be the problem. Try it on closed and see if that helps.

Altho that usually has to do with if the group shows up in the legend itself, not the color.

I really don't know what else you could be missing.

The three steps for colored groups is what you said you have...
Group Member Color - you have chosen a color
Color Group Members - check marked YES
Colorized Usernames - Enabled (in user settings)

Also make sure you have your moderators and admins, special rank chosen in their profile of the User Administration of the admin panel. But I do not believe that is your problem either. But that is often a missed step in making someone a staff member, which is why I suggested to check that.

Can you get us a screen shot of the Group and the User Settings, showing that you have them enabled, and the legend showing they are still pink?
