Can not create forum

Description of problem

When I try creating a forum it shows loading circle. I wait as long as it takes but nothing happens.

Do you mean a forum or a forum under a category?

I mean a forum that you can create by this link.

I meant the loading circle that is on the browser tab. When you click on the link I pasted, a new tab opens, it shows loading but nothing happens.

It loads fine for me.

Still nothing happens. Shall I try another browser?

It could be that the government of Turkey is blocking the creation process.

Wait, now it's loaded. I can try creating one there but I would prefer *.forumotion.com domain since I want an international English forum. But I saw another thread similar like this. I guess I can't have one?

Creating a forum is based on your location.  You can try if you want.
