Can't create a new forum

Description of problem

I would like to create a new forum, and I keep getting a message that my email is already in use. " Sorry, it looks like ------@aol.com belongs to an existing account". I made a new email, and it just says the same thing. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or what the reason for it is. Any help would be appreciated.

Send me the email addresses you are using by PM.

Hello I can tell you now that your problem is down to the AOL Email address try and use live, Outlook, Hotmail, or Gmail to make your forum account.

For some strange reason we have had problems with AOL before.

I made a new email with a different site and it worked. Thanks for the help!
