Cannot create a forum

Last night I tried about 6 different times to create a forum. every time I went through the process and at the end it said , This forum does not exist .
So I would try again , but it would not let me use the same e.mail so after 6 new e.mail address , and help from my friend . a forum was created this morning . Guess what
the same thing has happened
The forum does not exist. Can you please help me

At the end of the form you have a link to send you the activation of the forum to your email to activate it, check your emails, to see if you have received those emails.
