move "todays active topics"

Is it possible to move the "Todays Active Topics" up to the top of the page so its with the "View Posts Since Last Visit " ect? At the moment its down at the bottom of the page.

To clarify i want to move the "Todays Active Topics"....

ACP(Admin Control Panel) > Display > Templates > General > index_body

Post the template using the code tags.
