is there any way possible like to make the "forum a little smaller, like in this case to see more of the green is what i mean. and would it be possible lik here instead of the white color by the links to put a big picture?

For changing the forum's width, go to "Styles / Colors" and change the value in the field "Forum width". In most cases a %value is recommended (enter for example, 80% in that field) as this makes your forum have a dynamic width that depends on your screen resolution and the browser width.

um like u see this tan color behind the blue on the forum? is it possible to change that to a picture?

Yes, you can do that in "Styles / List of Pictures". Find the field "Background picture (page)" and enter the link to the image you want.
