    Description of problem

    Hello Hello

    I bought 1,000 Credits for my forum on 27/12/2017 and spent 500 credits for a SSL Certificate. I thought I would notice by now four days later I would see the browser with a padlock. Proving that my new site has a SSL Certificate.

    Any advice most welcomed Smile

    hello in these holidays everything is delayed keep in mind that there are people on vacation in the company
    check the misc section--->summary-->Credits management->Enabling the SSL Certificate (HTTPS)
    and you will know when it is already active, so that you configure it.

    After you purchased the license did you go back and set the options.
