We don't really have a system for your points but lots of members have made a HTML page with a credit store and the member will post on a thread made just for that credits store and then the founders and admin will remove points from the members profile manually then add the credits store item to the profile.
I have this on my forum and it can be a great thing to use but it can be hard work as only member of staff with admin rights can edit the point's
