Hello peoples of forumotion!

Our forum (link) has been experiencing slow loading and chatbox problems, first observed about 24h ago. In that time I've heard complaints from several members. These problems don't seem to be consistent, but happen at random.

I've looked at the pages loading in more detail and when slow loading happens, networking shows that the main document request was stalled, I've observed anywhere between 20s to 1.5min of stalling. Sometimes the page fails to load altogether and chrome displays: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE. In one instance the document loaded up fine, but chatbox request stalled for almost a minute.
Other issues with chatbox include messages being significantly delayed or not appearing at all.

At this point I don't know what everyone uses to access the site, only that I use Chrome.

Hopefully that is at all helpful. I have started a thread to get more details from members of the forum, if anything seemingly important is brought up, I will relay it here.

Thank you for your report today.

Right now we have a thread open about the chatbox problem that can be found  HERE!! We are working on the problem and it has been reported.

As for the loading problem this could also be the same problem and I hope this will be looked at soon also.

Good news this problem should now be fixed can you please confirm this.
