My Forum is forwared to another website

Description of problem

Someone had forward my forum address to another website:

And is is forwarded to this address whenever my forum is brought up.

Can you solve this problem - thank you.

Yes - every time I bring up the login it is forwarded.

What text?

It seems to only redirect when you scroll down the page.

That is the page the index page on my forum is directed to as soon as my forum is shown on the computer window.

Once it goes to that page and you will for a minute it will redirect to their website.

Yes - I am the founder and been the founder for more then 5 years and I log in at least once a week when it is not being used and daily when it is being used. And sorry for the postings.

What was the date?  The database shows it has been awhile since the founder account was used.

It has been a while as I have not been able to get in my forum with this problem. Been trying to find someone to eliminate this problem.

Try This:  log into the forum's utilities and directky connect to the AP:  https://www.forumotion.com/utils

I can't login at all. It redirects before I can do anything.

Are you referring to my forum credentials or this forum for logging in.

Use the creation email and the password you used when you created the forum.

Check these areas:

AP > Modules > JavaScript/HTML > JavaScript Management
If it is on, turn it off.

AP > Display > Homepage > Generalities
See if there is anything in the homepage message?  If yes, remove it.

AP > General > Message & Emails > Announcements
If there are some, turn off announcements.

I have gone through the previous backups and still the same.

Use the direct connect to the AP option.

The name of my forum had been changed in the Administration to: thegrail.forumotion.com
