Yes , but in one category not all to be hide

How about adding the collapsible category feature then your members can decide to collapse the categories they want?

If I understand it right, you want to hide some of the forums into subforums?

If so, you need to set everything like this:

See the example:

This way once the members are on the forum they will see this:

See the example:

And if they click on "test forum 1", this is what they'll see:

See the example:

That option can be found in the ACP. Please follow this path:
ACP > Display > Homepage > Structure and hierarchy > Sub-level links on index

And there you'll be able to set it as you want

The way it works it's easy. Once you click on one of those sub-forums, it will redirect you to the sub-forum itself so you will be able to read all the threads in there

Unfortunately they hide them all and there's no way of picking one category to hide They will hide them all.

@indofishclub yes sadly mpelmmc is 100% right you can't hide some and not others you can only hide all of them in one go.

The only way you can hide one and not all is with code but even that can be revealed if the user knows how to work the developer's tools.
