Hi i just bought the Premium package today for my forum site. I also have a domain through you which just expired and only 9 days until is removed. So I am very stressed out now as despite payment gone through correct and shows in my paypal that money has been taken and sent nothing has changed??? Forum site still shows Free package and i cant now renew my domain?

What can i do now as its very urgent and costing me money not having it up running can i send you payment proof etc? its not even showing in forumotion backend history only showing last credit purchases etc back end 2017.

I am glad it worked now and yes we are all working from home we don't get a wage for the work we do we just love to help out and keep this great host going.

What I will do is keep this open until we know you have got your domain name back then if you are 100% happy I will then ask you to click the green mark solved button at the top of this thread that will then tell me and the staff you are solved.
