Can we use Current Credits

Can we use current credits to upgrade our forums from free to another level? I have over 700 credits available but when I try to change my plan it sends me to use PayPal to pay for it. How do I use my current available credits?

You can use your credits if you're trying to buy a package yearly.

If you're trying to buy a package monthly, that can be done only via Paypal. For further info read this post about the packages Forumotion just released

Is there a conversion chart of US dollars to Credits just wondering Looks like I will be moving to Premium.

I'm from Europe and I can't tell in US dollars how much would cost it because I work with Euros, but you can check it on your own by going to:
ACP > Misc > Buy credits > Paypal
and there you'll be able to check how X amount of credits are worth in US Dollars

EDIT: Nevermind, I noticed there's an option to switch between different currencies. I can show you a screenshot in USD (despite you can still check it on your own):
