Huge domain issues, site is blank and cannot be entered

Description of problem

First of all i am very pissed of.

Every year i renew my domain name by purchasing credits via AloPass.

This year i did the same only to later find out i am unable to do so.

Renewing domain name now acquires one of your paid packages.

Packages can not be paid via AloPass but only via PayPal(WHY????)!

I finally get someone with a PayPal account to renew our domain name since i don't have a PayPal account.

Keep in mind that for 9 days since our domain name has expired forum has been accessible either via regular link or www.nhl-serbia.forumotion,com link.

However, since we paid the monthly subscription and used the option to renew the domain name, site can not be entered at all and the main page is always blank.

This is inexcusable, first of all you made it much more inconvenient to use your forums for us and now it does not work at all?

Please fix as soon as possible!

I get this message:  NOTICE: This domain name expired on 4/13/2018 and is pending renewal or deletion.

Please note, since you waited until the domain completely expired to renew it, it will take a few business days for it to be renewed and start working again.

You can renew the domain name using allopass as well, but you need to get the YEARLY package to do so. Monthly is what requires paypal only.

Yeah, it loads now for me as well using the forumotion link.

Also, note that the domain has not completely expired, there was 1 day left when we renewed it.

AloPass only being on yearly subscriptions is only inconvenient, what is the reasoning behind it at all?

the reason you can only use paypal is down to the way the system takes money monthly it sets up a pay monthly account and makes sure your card or bank has the money each month.

With AloPass you can not make a monthly payment plan.

We still did not get our domain back.

Look, i don't care about subscription plans, only thing i wanted is to subscribe so i can renew my domain name, cancel the subscription and then subscribe again next year to renew my domain name again, which is already more trouble than the old "buy credits via AloPass and renew once a year" system.
You made it more complicated for me, and it takes 2 weeks now to get a domain name back.

So, are we ever going to get it back?

What exactly does it say in the AP under the domain name options?
