Spending credits after buying Premier Package: how soon can spend these?

After buying a Premier Package, how soon after the PayPal transaction clears will I be able to make changes like removing ads, buying a domain, and getting an SSL certificate? It already cleared PayPal and my Visa card in my bank.

It said this change would take effect in 20 minutes, but that was about 4 hours ago. Or do I have to wait until the next business day, which is Monday?

The domain will be different from my current forum name. Should buying the new domain name be the 1st thing I change in terms of spending credits? And then spend on the ad removal and SSL?

What does it say in your AP > Misc. > Credits Management?

It shows where I paid. I took these snapshots a few minute ago.

Notice it still says Free Package at the top of the first pic:




When I go to Spend Credit, it says Change Your Package now.




Then it takes me back to the package lists:
