User seeing a blank white reply box with no icons

One of my members, username Cheers, is saying she sees a blank white box with no icons when she clicks reply or quick reply.

i cant reply to your message cos there is no reply button in my messages

and this message >> when i open the group.... i can see everything.... but the only thing i cant do... is rely to messages cos there is no 'new reply' button

I've checked her user profile and permissions and it matches another member who is not having trouble posting.

She cleared her cache and logged out & back in and still no luck.

Let me know what other info you need. Thank you.

What device and browser is this member using?

I know it's a pc with windows 10. I don't know the browser but will try to find out. Thanks for the reply.

Could you please provide a test account and a public section where guest can post/see also?

I logged in by Topic'It and it's okay. All is in the right place.

Can you find out what browser they are using? It is more then likely a browser issue of some sort (I have it happen from a browser on my phone).

Hi, thanks for the replies. The member hasn't been back. If she comes back and is still having the problem I will post here. I've already asked her what browser she's using, but as I said she hasn't been back. No one else is having problems using the forum.
